Updates to Dynamic Forms!

  • 2 min read

Hey Dynamic Form Users! We just learned of some great enhancements to the product and we wanted to make sure you were aware. Release 8.1 will be delivered on Friday, July 27th. This update will include the following enhancements.

  • Audits: No more asking what happened to that user, form or form template, all user actions are captured and a history of those user actions are available for administrators to view immediately
  • SCIM: Manage user accounts, groups, roles and permissions via API and without the need to log into Dynamic Forms
  • Nested Tables: Tables inside tables? Yes!
  • Preferred Name: To assist with our clients’ need to comply with the Department of Education’s Title IX, we are implementing the ability to sign forms with a preferred name*
*requires an addendum to the agreement to be signed by the client

Right on the heels of release 8.1 is a second update, which is expected to be released at the end of August. This release will deliver new functionality to enable form designers to add a scripted signature any place on the form. Being able to do this opens Dynamic Forms form designers to replicate the look and feel of most any existing paper form – including federal or state forms.

If you have not used this tool, it alleviates paperwork and can help you improve business processes dramatically. For more information about these updates, you visit Next Gen Web Solutions website at http://www.ngwebsolutions.com.
