The Department of Education released a new look for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Be one of the first to see the changes to the premier financial aid application. Inside Higher Ed reports the myStudentAid mobile app, which will allow students and parents to fill out the FAFSA on their mobile phones and invite each other to complete certain parts of the form through a messaging system on the app, will be available starting October 1 for the 2019-20 award year; a beta version of the app is expected in August.
