Are you having problems with EDConnect? FSA Tech reported today that schools having issues with sending and retrieving their files was the result of the schools’ firewall systems blocking the connections and were resolved with adjustments to the firewall settings. If you are one of the many schools that continue to have connectivity issues when using EDconnect you should contact the CPS/SAIG Helpdesk at 1-800-330-5947.
