Brandi Esuzor is a Senior Consultant for College Aid Services. Brandi provides partner institutions assistance with interim staffing and processing needs that are integral to the financial aid operation. In her current assignment, Brandi processes and monitors Return of Title IV (R2T4) funds and Banner set up for daily processing of loans and dataloads.
Brandi brings more than 13 years of experience in financial aid and student services from working for different types of institutions, performing duties ranging from processing data within EDconnect/EDExpress to auditing student files to ensure compliance, to supervising and training employees on federal and state regulations. When asked what advice she would give a new person starting in financial aid, Brandi responded: “Financial Aid is not for everyone. It is a very dynamic, fast-paced, challenging environment that will stretch you and force you to grow. Many times, you won’t get accolades or thanks for what you do, but the role you play in a student’s future can be life-changing.”
Brandi joined the College Aid Services team last May. She has enjoyed the flexible environment available as a Senior Consultant, while also feeling supported by the team. “I love working for College Aid Services. Brandi earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution and Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
