The Department of Education has updated the Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) Technical Reference and contains development information for the 2024–2025 award year. Minor corrections were made to volumes 2 and 4 as of July 18th and a summary of the most recent changes can be found in the July 2024 Change Tracking Log; prior updates are recorded in the May 2024 Change Tracking Log.
