Institutions Gain Access to New FAFSA Partner Portal Training and Technical Support

Administrators now have access to several new resources that focus on making corrections in the FAFSA Partner Portal (FPP) now that it will replace FAA Access to CPS Online. The tools include a document that covers 8 fundamental topics, a video webinar that FSA originally posted in June, and a submission form for institutions to request for additional support from the Department of Education.   • Open the FSA Training Center website
  • Click the “Recorded Webinars and Training” tab
  • Select the “FAFSA Simplification” track
  • Log in to view “Demo of FAFSA Partner Portal Corrections Live Webinar June 28, 2024”

How to Request Additional Support

  • Institutions can request free technical assistance if they utilize a third-party service to submit corrections through the FPP.
  • Schools who want additional support must submit an in-take form
