The Department of Education (the Department) receives policy questions from the higher education community regarding policy final regulations. To address these inquiries, the Office of Postsecondary Education (OPE) published frequently asked questions (FAQs) on their website of policy guidance. OPE has recently updated several sets of FAQs on the following topics
