Federal Student Aid has announced that CaseTeams@ed.gov will now serve as a centralized mailbox to address issues regarding the completion of the Application for Approval to Participate in the Federal Student Financial Aid Programs (E-App) and general school eligibility inquiries. Institutions should direct their questions to this mailbox moving forward, and continue to reach out at 1-800-848-0978 for additional support.
