The U.S. Department of Education seeks to extend (without changes) its existing information collection, continuing to require institutions to report and share certain student-related data as mandated in 34 CFR § 668.41 (institutional and financial assistance information) and § 668.45 (graduation/completion rates for first-time, full-time undergrads).
Interested persons are invited to submit comments on or before November 10, 2025.
“Section 485 of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA) authorizes the administration of the Student Right-to-Know (SRK) regulations. These regulations are in 34 CFR 668.41 and 668.45 and relate to the retention, placement and post-graduate study by students at an institution.”
