The FSA Training Center has added two new learning courses on FAFSA Partner Portal (FPP).
Making an ISIR Request in FPP
In this course, you will learn how to use the ISIR Request feature in FPP to transmit ISIRs to your SAIG Mailbox. The course introduces you to the three types of ISIR requests you can make in the system and contains a video that guides you through the ISIR request process.
Identity Verification in FPP
This course provides a quick overview of identity verification reporting and contains a video walkthrough of how to use the Identity Verification feature in FPP. This feature is now available for the 2025–26 award year and will be available for the 2026–27 award year at the start of the processing cycle.
Additional Courses Updated
In addition to these new trainings, FSA has updated the following existing FPP courses with new information and the most current guidance:

- Making Corrections in FPP
- Professional Judgments and Dependency Overrides in FPP
How to Enroll
To enroll in these training, log into the FSA Training Center at fsatraining.ed.gov and select “Systems Training” from the black main menu bar and then “FAFSA Partner Portal.”
