Federal Student Aid is seeking volunteers who are involved in the administration of Title IV financial aid and are interested in providing feedback, ideas, and expertise on FSA partner products and services. This includes tools and systems such as Partner Connect, the FAFSA Partner Portal, the FAFSA Processing System, and other services that support Title IV administration.
Individuals who sign up will be added to a list that FSA may contact for future user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Your input will help improve the services you use every day.
Your signing up allows FSA to reach out to you when feedback opportunities become available but does not require participation.
