The U.S. Department of Education has issued a request for continued approval of the reporting, disclosure and records maintenance requirements that are contained in the Student Assistance General Provisions regulations, the Federal Perkins Loan program, the Federal Work-Study program, and the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant program. The Department is seeking an extension of the currently approved information collection 1845-0019.
There has been no change to the regulatory or statutory requirements.
Interested persons are invited to submit comments on or before June 18, 2026.
