2025-26 COD Technical Reference (January 2025 Update)

The Department of Education has updated the Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) Technical Reference and contains development information for the 2025–2026 award year. Volumes 1, 2, 6, and 7 are currently available; the remaining sections will be released later this year.
