- Comments can also be submitted via postal mail, commercial delivery, or hand delivery
- The Department will temporarily accept comments at ICDocketMgr@ed.gov if the regulations.gov site is not available to the public for any reason
- Interested parties should submit their public comments on or before June 9, 2025
- Comments submitted after the comment period will not be accepted.
