America joined College Aid Services in 2023 as a Senior Consultant. She is detail oriented and passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals and aspirations. She is well-versed in all aspects of financial aid administration.

Having entered the profession in 1989, America boasts a rich background that encompasses a diverse array of institutions, including public and private colleges, 2-year and 4-year universities. Her career began at West Hills Community College, where she started as a student worker in the financial aid office. Through her determination and commitment, America steadily advanced through various roles, including Assistant Director, Financial Aid Director, and Assistant Dean of Financial Aid.

In addition to West Hills Community College, America has worked at the following prestigious institutions: College of the Sequoias, Palo Alto University, California Institute of Integral Studies, St. Mary’s College of California, Dominican University, and Golden Gate University.

As a seasoned professional, America possesses a proven ability to lead teams effectively, streamline operations, and provide unparalleled financial aid support. Her extensive background, coupled with her genuine passion for student success, positions her as a valuable asset to any institution that collaborates with her.

America holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Fresno Pacific University (2006) and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Saint Mary’s College of California (2022).
