Angelique Irving

Angelique joined College Aid Services in 2021 as a Senior Consultant to share her knowledge, passion, and love of financial aid. Her financial aid expertise encompasses compliance, training, back-end processing, and counseling students and families.

Throughout her career, Angelique has played a vital role in supporting institutions with  training and ensuring compliance. Her strong analytical skills enable her to provide technical and regulatory assistance, resolving various application and processing issues such as Return to Title IV (R2T4), failed authorization, origination, disbursement, and grant and loan issue resolution.

Angelique has worked across diverse educational settings, including private, for-profit, not-for-profit, and 2-year public institutions. Her journey began in 2009 as a Financial Aid Administrator at Purdue University Global (formerly known as Kaplan University). She then served as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid at East-West University before joining the Financial Aid office at Kennedy-King College. Currently, Angelique holds the position of Training and Compliance Analyst at City Colleges of Chicago.

Angelique is an innovative specialist dedicated to providing exceptional client and customer service. Her meticulous attention to detail and thorough understanding of compliance requirements make her a valuable asset in maintaining regulatory adherence.  She consistently strives to provide innovative solutions and meet the unique needs of each individual or organization she serves.

Angelique graduated from Roosevelt University in the Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership program.
