Anna Kelly

Anna joined College Aid Services in 2024 as a Senior Consultant. She delivers comprehensive consulting services to diverse financial aid clientele, both onsite and remotely, encompassing interim staffing, business process reviews, and compliance assessments.

With a career spanning over four decades in financial aid, Anna embarked on her journey in 1983 as an office administrative assistant, gradually ascending to the esteemed role of director. Throughout her professional trajectory, she’s had the privilege of contributing expertise to esteemed institutions such as New England Institute of Technology, New England Institute of Art, Boston University, Emmanuel College, Berklee College of Music, New England Deaconess School of Nursing, and Emerson College, holding pivotal leadership positions within their financial aid offices.

In addition to institutional roles, Anna has also served as a financial aid consultant, notably as Vice President of Student Services Consulting at a prominent firm.

A testament to her commitment to the field, she dedicated her time and knowledge as the president of the Rhode Island Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators during the 2013-2014 term. Anna has also presented at various financial aid conferences, including MASFAA, EASFAA, and NASFAA.

Although she retired from being full-time at an institution in April 2023, her dedication persists as she continues to contribute as a financial aid consultant, eager to lend support and expertise wherever it’s needed.

Anna holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Leadership – Higher Education Administration from Suffolk University, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
