Diana Sanders, Ed.D.

Diana Sanders, Ed.D. joined College Aid Services in 2026 as a Senior Consultant, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial aid administration, compliance, and enrollment operations. Throughout her career, she has served institutions across Oklahoma, South Carolina, and North Carolina, with experience spanning public, private, and proprietary colleges and universities, as well as two-year, four-year, clock-hour, and credit-hour institutions.

Diana has held progressively responsible leadership positions, advancing from scholarship processor and financial aid counselor to assistant director and director of financial aid. She has extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, financial aid operations, staff development, and student service, along with technical proficiency in Ellucian Colleague, Banner, and PowerFAIDS. 

An active leader within the financial aid profession, Diana has served as President of the Oklahoma Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (OASFAA), Training Chair for OASFAA, Co-Chair of the SWASFAA Training Committee, and a member of the Professional Development Committee for the South Carolina Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (SCASFAA).

Diana earned an Associate of Science degree from Tulsa Community College, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rogers State University, a Master of Arts from the University of Oklahoma, and a Doctor of Education from Abilene Christian University. She also holds NASFAA Credentials in Consumer Information, Cost of Attendance, Professional Judgment, Student Eligibility, and Verification.
