Client Engagement Coordinator
Dylan Nault joined College Aid Services in 2026 as a Client Engagement Coordinator, where he supports the Client Engagement team in delivering an exceptional experience to the colleges and universities we serve.
He works closely with clients, consultants, project managers, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate communication, coordinate engagement activities, and help ensure client needs are met throughout every stage of an engagement.
With a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach, Dylan helps keep engagements running smoothly while supporting the needs of clients. He is committed to fostering positive relationships and ensuring every institution receives responsive, professional, and personalized service.
Dylan earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Nichols College in 2024.
