Ellen Baeth

Ellen Baeth joined College Aid Services as a Senior Consultant in 2024. She is a seasoned higher education professional with over 20 years of experience in financial aid administration, student systems, and regulatory compliance. Ellen specializes in optimizing financial aid operations through innovative system configurations and cross-functional collaboration to promote equitable access to education.

Ellen provides operational support for financial aid systems while ensuring adherence to complex federal, state, institutional, and private aid regulations. She is instrumental in developing and refining business workflows that align with evolving policy standards.

Ellen supports full systems development lifecycles for Student Information Systems, with a concentration in PeopleSoft Student Administration/Campus Solutions. Her services include process analysis, functional configuration, custom design specifications, testing, training, and production support.

Ellen’s technical proficiencies include Oracle Cloud products, Vocado Student Financial Planning, PowerFAIDS, Hyland-OnBase, and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. She is well-versed in project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, PCDM, and proprietary frameworks.

An active member of NASFAA, WASFAA, and CASFAA, Ellen previously contributed to the Oracle Cloud Design Review Council (2018–2019).

Ellen holds a Master of Education in Student Personnel Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Education with concentrations in Business and Mathematics Education.
