Irma Molinares embarked on her higher education journey in 1993, laying the foundation for a remarkable career. In 2023, she joined College Aid Services as a Client Engagement Specialist, leveraging her extensive years of experience to help institutions tackle their most complex challenges.
Throughout her career, Irma has actively engaged with state and regional financial aid associations, demonstrating her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements. Her unwavering work ethic, profound knowledge, and ability to cultivate strong relationships position her as a highly qualified financial aid professional and sales executive.
She has previously held several high-level positions such as director of financial aid, director of compliance and director of sales. Her deep understanding of Title IV funds administration affords her a unique perspective that consistently proves invaluable to our clients.
Irma is fluent—written and orally—in English and Spanish.
Irma holds an Associate of Science in Accounting degree from Jones College (1996).
