Ivy Wilcox

In 2023, Ivy Wilcox joined College Aid Services as a Senior Consultant, leveraging her extensive experience in higher education and financial aid, which she has been cultivating since 2000. With proficiency in both PeopleSoft (SIS) and Ellucian Banner, Ivy brings a valuable skill set to the team.

Throughout her career as a Financial Aid Administrator, Ivy has had the opportunity to work in diverse school settings, adapting to each unique culture with remarkable motivation and passion that sets her apart.

Prior to her engagement with College Aid Services, Ivy held various positions in financial aid. Notably, she served as the Associate Director of Financial Aid at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where her responsibilities included ensuring compliance with all Title IV funding requirements and implementing a comprehensive range of customer service initiatives and programs in support of the university’s mission. 

Ivy has made significant contributions in other roles throughout her professional journey. This includes her position as Assistant Director of Financial Aid at North Carolina State University, as well as her role as Associate Director at Fayetteville State. She also served as a Financial Aid Counselor and Assistant Loan Coordinator at the University of Maryland Eastern.

Ivy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work (2000) and a Master in Post-Secondary Education (2004) from Salisbury University.
