Jazzmine Golden

Jazzmine Golden joined College Aid Services in 2025, bringing a powerful combination of expertise in education, counseling, and enrollment strategy to her role as Client Engagement Specialist. With more than a decade of experience spanning higher education, K–12 institutions, and mental health counseling, Jazzmine is deeply committed to building strong client relationships and delivering student-centered, results-driven solutions.

Jazzmine holds dual master’s degrees—an M.Ed. in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Louisville and an M.A. in Communication from Bellarmine University—as well as a B.A. in Political Science. Her educational foundation supports her deep understanding of institutional needs, student support systems, and financial aid policy.

Prior to joining College Aid Services, Jazzmine served as Director of Admissions at Presentation Academy, where she led a successful strategic enrollment initiative that significantly increased student interest. She also held the role of Senior Financial Aid Counselor at Bellarmine University, focusing on FAFSA processing, federal compliance, and initiatives to increase student access.

Jazzmine’s comprehensive background in admissions and financial aid makes her uniquely equipped to identify client needs, tailor solutions, and provide actionable strategies that align with the institution’s goals. Jazzmine has also presented at regional financial aid conferences, led diversity and inclusion efforts, and implemented CRM systems to enhance data-driven decision-making.  

As part of the College Aid Services Client Engagement team, Jazzmine partners with institutions to craft value-driven solutions, foster long-term relationships, and advance the shared mission of expanding access to higher education.
