Jeremy Greenhouse

Jeremy Greenhouse joined College Aid Services in 2026 as a Technology Consultant, bringing more than 25 years of experience in financial aid administration and higher education technology. Throughout his career, he has served public two-year and four-year institutions supporting undergraduate and graduate populations, with the majority of his experience in financial aid leadership as a Director of Financial Aid.

Jeremy combines extensive financial aid expertise with deep technical knowledge of the Ellucian Colleague student information system, which he has worked with throughout his career. He has significant experience designing and implementing automation for processes including packaging, Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), ISIR processing, transfer monitoring, communication management, and workflow optimization. His process improvements have helped institutions increase operational efficiency, including improving cash flow by 30%, reducing deregistration-related student drops by 50%, and accelerating the delivery of financial aid award notifications by four months.

In addition to his technology expertise, Jeremy has served on multiple enrollment management teams and chaired a Strategic Enrollment Management Plan Committee. He also led the successful integration of the Financial Aid and Student Accounts offices at Springfield Technical Community College, creating a more streamlined, efficient, and student-focused service model. At College Aid Services, Jeremy helps institutions optimize financial aid systems, automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and maximize the capabilities of the Ellucian Colleague platform.

Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ithaca College and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University.
