Jose Morales
Consultant
Jose Morales joined College Aid Services in 2024. With a solid background in information technology and financial aid administration, Jose brings a unique blend of technical expertise and financial aid knowledge to the institutions he serves.
He began his career in 2009 as a Financial Aid Manager at Florida College of Natural Health. He later advanced to a dual role of Financial Aid Advisor and IT Support at ECPI University. His experience at these institutions enabled him to integrate his IT background with financial aid expertise, culminating in his role as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid Systems at Stetson University. At Stetson, Jose became highly proficient with the Ellucian Banner system, excelling in the administration of aid, data management, and analytics.
Jose has a tremendous passion for helping students and families navigate the complexities of financial aid, ensuring they understand the process at a familiar level.
Jose is a NASFAA Certified Financial Aid Administrator (FAAC®). He is currently pursuing a Management IT Systems degree at Valencia College.
