Justin Pichey

Justin joined College Aid Services in 2024 as a Consultant.
Justin has both functional and technical expertise. He is proficient in multiple systems, including Ellucian Colleague, PowerFAIDS, SONIS, Anthology, and Jenzabar. His ability to provide strategic support to key stakeholders, his focus on compliance, and his dedication to quality assurance make him an invaluable member of the institutions he serves.
Justin is currently the Director of Financial Aid & Veteran Affairs at Carolinas College of Health Sciences in Charlotte. Throughout his career, Justin has held various prominent roles, including Senior Director of Financial Aid & Veteran Affairs at Columbia College, Associate Director of Financial Aid at York Technical College, Manager of State Programs & Client Services at York Technical College, and Director of Finance at ITT Technical Institute.
Justin’s professional involvement includes active participation in the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA), Southern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (SASFAA), and South Carolina Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (SCASFAA). Notably, he served as Vice President of SCASFAA from 2020 to 2021.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Coastal Carolina University and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
