Senior Consultant
Lindsay K. Driskell, Ed.D. is an experienced higher education leader with more than 20 years of progressive leadership in financial aid, admissions, enrollment management, and student affairs. She currently serves as Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at Jefferson Community and Technical College, where she provides leadership for both Admissions and Financial Aid, supporting initiatives that promote student access, success, and completion.
Dr. Driskell brings extensive expertise in financial aid administration through progressive roles at institutions across Kentucky, including Jefferson Community and Technical College, the University of Louisville, Bellarmine University, and Transylvania University.
She has significant experience managing financial aid operations within complex multi-campus environments, with strengths in regulatory compliance, policy development, audit preparation, staff training, and operational effectiveness. Her work has focused on helping institutions maintain compliance with federal regulations while implementing practical, student-centered processes that support consistency, accuracy, and service excellence.
In addition to her campus leadership, Dr. Driskell served as Acting System Office Financial Aid Director for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, where she provided strategic oversight of statewide financial aid operations and supported colleges with compliance, policy implementation, and training initiatives.
Dr. Driskell joined College Aid Services in 2026 as a Senior Consultant, where she assists colleges and universities with financial aid compliance, operational reviews, and comprehensive assessments designed to strengthen processes, improve service delivery, and support student-centered practices.
An active member of the profession, Dr. Driskell has held leadership roles within the Kentucky Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (KASFAA), including serving as Secretary, Treasurer, and Conference Committee Chair.
She earned a Doctor of Education in Adult and Higher Education from Morehead State University, a Master of Science in Education from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Transylvania University.
