Marko Dilber
Technology Consultant
Marko brings both deep functional expertise and strong technical proficiency in Financial Aid Administration. He joined College Aid Services in 2025 as a Technology Consultant.
He is highly skilled in Ellucian Banner, SSB9, SQL development, Dynamic Forms, CampusLogic, NSLDS and COD reporting, Brightspace D2L, and enterprise automation tools. Marko’s strengths in optimizing complex processes, enhancing regulatory compliance, and leading technology-driven solutions make him a trusted partner to the students, staff, and institutions he supports.
Marko is currently the Director of Financial Aid – Technology & Compliance at Lansing Community College, where he oversees system administration, Title IV compliance, new aid-year setup, funds management, and regulatory communications. Throughout his career at LCC, he has held key roles including Associate Director of Financial Aid, CMS Development & Integrations Specialist, Verification & Technical Analyst, Federal Loan Technician, and Customer Service Specialist. His work spans verification, data transmissions, loan processing, system integrations, LMS administration, and leadership of compliance and awarding operations.
Marko’s professional involvement includes serving as Co-Chair of the Communications & Electronic Initiatives Committee for the Michigan Student Financial Aid Association (MSFAA), supporting member engagement, technology management, and professional development initiatives. He is also a member of NASFAA.
He holds NASFAA credentials in Return of Title IV Funds, Student Eligibility, Professional Judgment, and Verification.
Marko earned a Bachelor of Arts in Community Services from Siena Heights University and an Associate Degree from Lansing Community College.
