Markus-Daniel Jones

Markus-Daniel is a dedicated and mission-driven business professional with a multifaceted background in admissions, academic instruction, and student support. Prior to joining College Aid Services, he served as Associate Director of Admissions at Stetson University, where he led initiatives related to Non-Degree Seeking and Re-Entry admissions, Premier Programs, scholarship administration, and the Stetson Young Scholars camps. With extensive experience in enrollment strategy and student development—particularly within private liberal arts settings—he has cultivated expertise in process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and holistic student support.

Markus-Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is currently pursuing a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is also an Adjunct Professor, teaching courses in wellness, professional development, and success strategies. His unique combination of administrative, instructional, and counseling expertise positions him to support students holistically throughout the college journey.

As Operations Manager at College Aid Services, Markus-Daniel plays a vital role in supporting the Client Engagement, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Human Resources teams. His strategic mindset and collaborative approach help streamline operations and enhance organizational effectiveness across departments.
