Nancy da Silva

Nancy joined College Aid Services in 2023 as a Consultant. Her skill set encompasses a wide range of expertise, including leadership development, conflict resolution, project management, cross-departmental training, VA (Veterans Administration) SCO, program review, and proficiency in systems such as Ellucian Colleague and PeopleSoft. Her extensive experience equips her with the necessary tools to effectively navigate complex operational challenges and deliver optimal solutions.

Beginning her career as a Financial Aid Advisor in 2016, Nancy quickly expanded her responsibilities and honed her skills in the field. She has held positions such as Assistant Director of Financial Aid and Regional Director of Financial Aid, ultimately ascending to the role of Assistant Vice President of Financial Aid at Chaminade University.

During her tenure at Chaminade, Nancy spearheaded significant initiatives, including the deployment of a new organizational structure, the implementation of systems to enhance operational efficiency, collaboration on the creation of a streamlined document storage system, and the development of optimized procedures that contributed to increased yield and retention rates.

Nancy’s exceptional leadership acumen, combined with her strategic approach to process improvement, has consistently yielded remarkable results. Her commitment to driving excellence and fostering a customer-centric approach makes her a valuable asset to the College Aid Services team, where she provides clients with comprehensive support and guidance to optimize their financial aid operations.

Nancy received a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2016, a Bachelor in Network Security from the University of Advancing Technology in 2021 and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University in 2023.
