Raymond Nault Jr., Ed.D., President/CEO, began his remarkable journey in the financial aid office at Franklin Pierce University as a federal work-study student. This early experience ignited his unwavering commitment to the vital functions of enrollment management and student success. With an impressive tenure of over 26 years in higher education, Ray has honed his expertise at every level within the enrollment management industry.

Throughout his career, Ray has held notable positions such as Associate Dean of Enrollment Management, Vice President of Enrollment Management, Vice President of Compliance and Information Technology, Director of Student Financial Assistance, Director of Financial Aid, and other key roles. This diverse background has endowed him with a deep understanding of the complete life cycle of admission, financial aid, and student accounts.

While serving as a practicing enrollment manager, Ray has also contributed his expertise to clients in various interim staffing roles, including Interim Director of Financial Aid and Interim Vice President of Enrollment Management. His strategic comprehension of enrollment management, financial aid, and technical proficiency makes him an invaluable resource for our clients.

Ray’s exceptional understanding of the complex challenges faced in the higher education landscape is complemented by his use of experience-based analytics, a strong work ethic, and unwavering integrity. Ray earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Criminal Justice from Franklin Pierce University in 2000, and both a Master of Education Leadership in Higher Education in 2007 and a Doctor of Education, Educational Leadership and Management in 2021 from Capella University.
