Raymond Nault Jr., Ed.D.

Raymond Nault Jr., Ed.D., is the President and Chief Executive Officer of College Aid Services. His career in higher education began in the financial aid office at Franklin Pierce University as a Federal Work Study student, an experience that sparked his lifelong commitment to enrollment management, student success, and higher education administration. With nearly three decades of experience, Ray has served in leadership roles across nearly every area of enrollment management.

Throughout his career, Ray has held positions including Associate Dean of Enrollment Management, Vice President of Enrollment Management, Vice President of Compliance and Information Technology, Director of Student Financial Assistance, Director of Financial Aid, and other senior leadership roles. His broad experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the full student lifecycle, from admissions and financial aid to student accounts and institutional compliance.

In addition to his institutional leadership, Ray has served colleges and universities nationwide in interim executive and consulting roles, including Interim Director of Financial Aid and Interim Vice President of Enrollment Management. His practical approach, strategic insight, and deep technical expertise enable institutions to navigate complex operational, compliance, and enrollment management challenges with confidence. His expertise also spans Title IV compliance, enterprise technology implementations, strategic enrollment planning, business process optimization, and organizational leadership, allowing him to help institutions strengthen operations while advancing their long-term goals.

As President and CEO, Ray provides the strategic vision and leadership that guide College Aid Services. His extensive industry knowledge, commitment to innovation, and focus on client success have helped establish the company as a trusted partner to colleges and universities across the country.

Ray earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Criminal Justice from Franklin Pierce University in 2000. He later earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership in 2007 and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Management in 2021, both from Capella University.
