Stephanie joined College Aid Services in 2023 as a Senior Consultant. She is an experienced professional who has a strong background in financial aid, with a primary goal of serving students and guiding staff through the sometimes challenging and ever-changing financial aid processes and compliance.

Stephanie’s journey in the field began at the University of South Carolina in 2013, where she embarked on a series of progressively responsible roles. Through her dedication and expertise, she ascended to the position of Assistant Director of Compliance & Quality Control, a testament to her exceptional contributions and commitment to maintaining high standards within the institution.

Her experience in financial aid began on the student-facing side before leading to scholarship management, with a focus on compliance and quality control. Stephanie is highly detail-oriented and possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills which have helped her succeed within job roles, projects, and collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.

Serving as a compliance professional, she has a proven ability to conduct compliance assessments, identify gaps and vulnerabilities, and develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance breaches. She excels in designing and delivering training to educate employees about their responsibilities and ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organization. Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and dedication to the field by combining expertise with a strategic mindset that delivers results-driven solutions and optimizes operations.

Stephanie is involved in both local and regional Financial Aid Associations and has served as the Vice Chair of Professional Development for SCASFAA.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Carolina in 2012, a Master of Business Administration from Charleston Southern University in 2019 and continued her education with a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Phoenix in 2020.
