College Aid Services welcomed Tina Favara as a Senior Consultant in 2023, leveraging her remarkable expertise and extensive knowledge acquired since entering the industry in 2001 at Salem State University.

Before joining College Aid Services, Tina held the distinguished position of Vice President of Student Success & Enrollment Management at Great Bay Community College in New Hampshire. With over 13 years of dedicated service, Tina’s tenure at Northern Essex Community College included a diverse range of roles such as Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs, Dean of Enrollment & Student Life, Director of Financial Aid, Director of Career Planning & Advising, and Adjunct Faculty for First Year Seminar, among others.

Over the course of her career, Tina worked closely with students, staff, faculty, administrators, and community members, consistently advocating for the best interests of students. She actively collaborated on institution-wide planning initiatives, aiming to meet the needs of diverse student populations and foster inclusive environments conducive to student success. Tina’s outstanding leadership skills, innovative mindset, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion have solidified her reputation as an accomplished and respected professional.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies (2004) and a Master in Higher Education Administration (2006), both from Salem State University.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tina is an ardent animal lover and proud pet owner. She also serves as the CEO and owner of Woof Pet Supply, a reputable pet supply store located in Hampton, New Hampshire. At Woof Pet Supply, Tina spearheads all aspects of operations, leads strategic vision and planning for the company, and specializes in providing holistic pet food, treats, and supplements, with a strong emphasis on local products and supplies.
