The Federal Direct PLUS Loan Request for Supplemental Information serves as the means by which a parent applicant may provide certain information to a school that will assist the school in originating the borrower’s Direct PLUS Loan award, as an alternative to providing this information to the school by other means established by the school.
The Department of Education has issued a request for a revision of the currently approved form.
Interested persons are invited to submit comments on or before October 26, 2026.
