FSA has announced the availability of PDF files for the 2025–26 Federal Student Aid Handbook.
Schools can download the entire handbook or individual volumes. The Federal Student Aid Handbook consists of the Application and Verification Guide, nine numbered volumes, and appendices.
The PDF files of the 2026–27 Federal Student Aid Handbook are not currently available.
